Diplomatic Economic Club^{® Since 1997}

On 5th September Members of the Diplomatic Club attended the Exhibition Riga Food 2012, where they were familiarized with the offered expositions of the food industry.

On the shore of European sea, Balaton lake in Hungary, the representatives from the Club met Janos Rekasi, who was President of Diplomatic Economic Club in 2009-2011

On the 26th July the evening dedicated to the end of the duty in Riga and assignment to the new placement of Uhrs Buehler, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Switzerland, and Daniel Grzenda, Deputy Head of mission of the Embassy of the UK took place.

On the 10th of July, the Ambassador of Israel in Latvia Mrs. Hagit Ben Yaakov held a reception on the occasion of the departure of the Deputy Chief of Mission and Counsellor Liat Wexelman

On the occasion of the celebration of Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, which is officially observed on the 3rd July, Ambassador of Belarus in Latvia, H.E. Mr. Aleksandr Gerasimenko held a reception on 2nd July 2012.

June 26 at the initiative of the diplomats met with members of the Club President of the Bank of Latvia Ilmars Rimsevics and an excursion to the Educational Centre Money World

On the 23 of June on the threshold of Ligo, the Diplomatic Club participated in yearly golf competition among club members and their families.

Happy news from the family of Daniel Grzenda (Embassy of the UK). On June 4, 2012 his daughter was born! Her name is Isabelle. We wish allthe best to Daniel’s family!
