Плохое настроение и стресс — его можно заесть…
Как выяснили голландские ученые из университета Маастрихта, не меньшие приступы аппетита вызывают и всплески положительных эмоций.

Ученые проанализировали связь психического состояния и пищевого поведения у 87 студентов. Им показывали фрагменты фильмов разных жанров, вызывающие положительные, отрицательные и нейтральные эмоции.

После этого участникам эксперимента предложили перекусить высококалорийной пищей — шоколадом и чипсами.

Потребность в калориях после просмотра комедий оказалась самой высокой. А вот находившиеся под впечатлением от негативных сцен не испытывали большого желания заесть свою печаль.

Это конечно студенты.
Но, задумайтесь, что так тянет иногда перекусить?
Положительные эмоции — и аппетит обеспечен!
