We often hear the phrase: „think out loud“. To what do our acknowledged and subconscious thoughts lead us? To feeling guilt or annoyance? People do not even star wondering about it. We really need to learn how to notice small pleasant things and stop paying attention on the disappointing ones.
Everyone can do it. We need to think efficiently, show kindness to yourself and the people that surround you. Smile and be happy about everything.
Start making plans for the years ahead thus, building step by step your future life.
Do not use the word „no“ and other similar by meaning phrases like „problems“ and „projects“. Replace them with the word „goal“. From childhood, we are used to reaching goals and finding the right solutions on how to come to them. Unfortunately, nobody told us how to solve problems.
The end justifies the means. Start forming self-sufficiency. Never get disappointed and do not envy.Use time wisely.
We are perfectly able to control ourselves and set the right mood for our brain. A man who always has positive thoughts lives longer and does not fall ill as often as a cry-baby.
