On the 25th May, completing his mission in Latvia and moving to the post in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consul of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Lithuania with residence in Riga, Askar Makhmutov held a reception.
On the behalf of the Club, the Honorary President, the Counsellor of the Embassy of Russia Evgeny Tikhonov thanked A.Makhmutov, wished him further success in diplomatic service and prosperity for the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

With the decision of the Board Members of the Club, the Consul of the Embassy of Kazakhstan Askar Makhmutov was granted a Honorary medal of the Club- «For the contribution in development of trade and economic relations». E.Tikhonov presented the medal, the Honorary diploma, the traditional T-shirt of the Club leader, souvenirs to remember the events which were held with the participation of the Club Members.
There was read a letter addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, informing about the Honorary medal granted to Askar Makhmutov and about his membership in the Club.

Valery Gulbas and Askar Makhmutov

A freelance Counsellor of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Baltic States Valery Gulbas presented a picture to Askar Makhmutov. The picture illustrated a scenery of Fiji Island, and was personally made by Valery from the photo shoot using a unique technology.

Guests expressed kind wishes to Askar, presented gifts and wished good luck, prosperity and health to him and to members of his family.
For every current member of the Club Askar Makhmutov and his family were as a part of Kazakhstan they met here. Askar’s son was born in Riga more than one year ago.
We wish him success in his new placement!
