У каждого из нас есть своя любимая чашка, в которой даже чай или кофе кажутся вкуснее. Оказывается, нашему пристрастию можно найти научное объяснение.

Цвет посуды, из которой мы едим и пьем, способен влиять на восприятие вкуса.

Ученые из университетов Оксфорда и Валенсии доказали: наслаждение, которое принесет нам напиток, во многом зависит от цвета кружки.

Для примера они взяли какао и заставили его пить из чашек разных цветов 57 добровольцев. Вкус оценивали по десятибалльной шкале. Несмотря на то что напиток во всех чашках был одинаков, респондентам наиболее понравилось пить какао из кружки оранжевого цвета. Вкус в ней, по их словам, был ярче и насыщеннее.

Исследователи пришли к выводу, что чашка темно-бежевого цвета способна придать сладость напитку. Кофеманам же следует предпочесть посуду коричневого цвета — в ней кофе кажется более ароматным. Хотите придать новый оттенок привычным блюдам? — просто смените посуду!
