За окном уже вторая половина февраля. По мнению ряда исследователей не каждый месяц года полезен для здоровья.

Свет есть не только в клубах…

К примеру, февраль весьма пагубно влияет на организм. В это время многие сетуют на подавленное состояние, бессонницу и полное отсутствие сил по утрам. А все потому, отмечают ученые, что качество сна в этом месяце заметно ухудшается.

Разработчики интерактивной программы Sleepio установили: чтобы заснуть темной февральской ночью, человеку требуется в среднем на 8 минут больше, чем в другие месяцы. А чтобы хорошо пробудиться, уйдет 10 лишних минут.

Ученые уверяют: в марте уже все наладится. С потеплением и увеличением длины светового дня придет и хороший сон.

Так что доживем до марта!
