Польза объятий — они снимают стресс

Ученые давно твердят о пользе объятий, снимающих стресс и улучшающих состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы. Но что делать, если рядом нет человека, который бы постоянно вас обнимал?

Выход придумали израильские исследователи: BioHug — специальный жилет, имитирующий объятия. Он состоит из воздушных карманов, которые, раздуваясь, производят объятие подобное давление. Батарейки питает небольшой насос, качающий воздух, которым наполняются герметичные карманы, расположенные в области поясницы, лопаток и плечевого пояса.
Режим давления можно регулировать при помощи встроенного компьютера.

Секрет благотворного влияния заключается в том, что нервные рецепторы, расположенные в коже, при механическом воздействии стимулируют передачу нервных импульсов.
Например, стимуляция блуждающего нерва выравнивает выработку гормонов, регулирует кровяное давление и нормализует частоту сердцебиения.
