1970-1973 — engineer, senior engineer of the Minsk Tractor Plant.
1973-1974 — military service.
1974-1977 — Engineer, Head of Sector, Minsk Design and Technological Institute.
1977-1981 — Instructor, Head of Department of the Partyzansky District Party Committee of Minsk.
1981-1986 — Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Partizansky District Executive Committee of Minsk.
1986-1990 — First Secretary of the Partyzansky District Party Committee of Minsk.
1990 — Second Secretary of the Minsk City Party Committee.
1990-1995 — Chairman of the Minsk City Council of People’s Deputies and Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
1995-2000 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Bulgaria and part-time in Greece.
2000-2006 — Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
From July 2006 to 2013 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Latvia.

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
