On the evening in the Diplomatic Economic Club October 27, Thomas Castrel, the counsellor of the Embassy of Belgium and the Head of the Agency of Flanders Investment and Trade in the Baltic States talked about the current duties of the office to expand economic ties between Flanders and the Baltic countries.
