Annual meeting of the members of Diplomatic economic club was held on 2 February 2017 in Jurmala, before the exhibition of the tourism industry in Latvia, the Baltic States and abroad.

Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted of rehabilitation and health promotion utilizing both the nature of the local coastline, and the possibilities of modern medicine, which are presented in the sanatorium «Jantarnij bereg».
Director of sanatorium Victor Danilokh told in detail about the sanatorium and familiarized with various rehab programs.

At the annual meeting of the Diplomatic Economic Club held elections of the Board .

Vice-presidents of the club were elected:
Alexandra Csizmadia
— attaché of Economic Affairs, Embassy of Hungary
Zhazira Mirzakassimova
— the Counsellor, Embassy of Kazakhstan

President of the club was elected Thomas Castrel — counselor of the Embassy of Belgium, head of representation of Agency on Trade and Investments Flanders to the Baltic countries, with residence in Vilnius.

The meeting participants wished the elected members of the Board of the club successes in the further development and improvement of international trade and economic relations between countries.

We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
