On January 31, a traditional annual winter evening was held at the Diplomatic Economic Club, dedicated to development of tourist destinations in different countries.

The moderator of the meeting Margarita Shalaeva presented the members of the club Dmitry Kamenkov from Belarus, AllMedtours, who, together with colleague Zoya Andersone, spoke about the medical and sanatorium in the tourism industry in Belarus, introduced new modern products from Switzerland, which the company currently represents in the Baltic countries and Belarus.

D. Kamenkov presented event tourism in Belarus — II European sports games to be held in Minsk in July 2019.

The company 1travel together with partners from Greece and Moscow presented new interesting destinations, including tourist holidays on the seashore on yachts.

Latvian tourism at the meeting was presented with short videos prepared by members of the club about places of interest in Latvia.

Each participant of the meeting had the opportunity to share their impressions for 2018. The geography of presence began from the Riga and Jurmala landscapes. And then also included the islands of Mauritius, Madagascar, Cook and popular destinations — Greece, Hungary, Slovenia, Turkey, New York, etc. Almost a third of the evening participants visited Belarus in 2018, using both a weekend tour and a rest in sanatoriums country. Therefore tourism in Belarus for Latvians is gaining popularity!
