Классический бал: бальные танцы в сопровождении камерного оркестра, музыка, общение. Дамы в длинных вечерних платьях и кавалеры в костюмах и при галстуках, вальсирующие в Белом зале. Это возрождение традиций культуры общения, светского поведения, красивого отдыха – и реальная помощь тем, кто в ней очень нуждается: людям, перенесшим инсульт, одну из самых распространенных и страшных болезней современного мира.

На поддержку общества Vigor , оказывающему психологическую помощь людям, перенесшим инсульт и их родственникам идет 25 процентов от стоимости билетов, а также все вырученные средства от аукциона.

Цель бала:1. Отойти от массовой культуры, чтобы возродить традицию творческого общения индивидуальностей — мужчины и женщины.2. Возраждение традиции проведения балов, как искусства общения, культуры светского поведения и эстетики.3. Привлечение внимания общественности к проблеме людей, перенесших инсульт.

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
