President and co-owner of the Latvian aviation company «CONCORS».
Born on 12 September 1956 in Moscow.
In 1971 completed 8 years of Secondary school.
1971-1973 Suvorov Military School in Moscow;
1973-1978 Riga Higher Military Aviation Engineering School named for Janis Alksnis.
1978-1981 military service in sky force.
1981-1983 chief engineer in the military representative office in Riga Pilot Plant «Hydrometric instrument».
1983-1989 chief engineer, executive in the military representative group of the construction office named for Mikoyan. Leading ship borne plane MiG-29К.
Participated in running trials of the Russian aircraft carrier „Admiral Kuznetcov“, first planting and taking off from the aircraft МiG-29К.
1989-1993 — executive, military representative office of Riga plant „Hydrometric instrument“.
1988-1993 Leningrad Financial and Economic Institute (by correspondence).
In 1991 created his own company: aviation company «CONCORS».
In 1994 bought his first aircraft L-410 UVP when the company started the flying activity.
In 2000: in company 9 aircraft: 3- JAK-42D (120 places), 1- IL-18D (100 places), 4 L-410 UVP, UVPE, 1- JAK-18Т. Company provides the chartered and regular air transportation.
Since 2003 realization of the project on the Aircraft Technical Service Center at the Riga International airport. In 2007 the Aircraft Technical Service Center was put into operation.
Married. Four children.
