On April 19-21, the international exhibition of the automotive industry Auto 2024 was held. The traditional sound of the horns on April 21 announced the successful completion of the largest event in the automotive life of the Baltics.
Club members got acquainted with the proposals of the participants of the exhibition, which unites three salons: „New cars“, „Automechanics“, „Auto Exotica“.

This year the exhibition broke all records for attendance, with 34,601 visitors over three days, which is 21% more than in 2023. The car premieres and the extreme motorcycle stunt show „Cageriders“ from Finland attracted great interest from visitors.

The latest car models, masterpieces of tuning, classic technology, mobility solutions, commercial vehicles, car service equipment, tools and other innovations in the auto industry were demonstrated by 165 participants from 9 countries — Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Ukraine.

This year’s exhibition set a record for the number of automotive premieres in the Baltics:
Crossover „Peugeot 3008“, „Dacia Duster“ of a new generation.
„Renault Scenic E-Tech“, a few weeks ago at the Geneva Motor Show, received the title „European Car of the Year 2024“.
The Spanish electric „Cupra Tavascan“, sales of which will begin in Latvia in the fall.
The new Skoda Kodiaq, Volkswagen Tiguan, and Skoda Superb Combi station wagon were shown.
