Laying the flowers on the 9th May
The 9th May is the Day when the Soviet Union won the Nazi Germany in the WWII. Ambassador of Russia Aleksandr Vesniakov, Ambassador of the Ukraine Anatoly Olyjnik, Ambassador of Belarus Aleksandr Gerasimenko, representatives of the Embassy of Kazakhstan took part in the ceremony of laying the flowers at the Brethren Cemetery in Riga.
The Victory Day of the Soviet Union over the Nazi Germany in the WWII was and will be one of the most respected holidays as in Russia, as in the other CIS countries.
