Textile and fashion industry
International exhibition of textile industry «Baltic Fashion & Textile Riga 2017» takes place in Riga, March 30-April 1 at the International Exhibition Centre and offers a wide selection of products of light industry in the countries of Europe and Asia.
Club members participated in the inspection of expositions of exhibitors.
The exhibition «Baltic Fashion & Textile Riga 2017» its products demonstrate enterprises from 19 countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Spain, Finland, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh and others.
New, original and unique collections have been demonstrated by the enterprises from different countries.
Occupy a special place in the exhibition booths of manufacturers from Ukraine, Bono-VM, BRVSK, Iris by PrimRose, IrysWear, Maryann, Morozkin, Pavlenki, Nicola, Olga Shyrai designer, Purpurino, R. E. D. Style, Safronova TM, Business and Fashion Sewing, TM Rukavychka, UCE-center, Walena Lakerta and others provided a wide range of textile products and collections, high-quality knitted dresses and hats, summer clothing.
Customers appreciated the quality of the products and are awaiting their appearance on the market of Latvia, Baltic States.
A varied range of raw materials for the production of textiles was also presented at the exhibition.The Polish company «Color Invest» offers cotton fabrics of different textures and finishes. The Italian company «Fabric House» shows more than 15000 different kinds of cloth
Club members also met with one of the leading enterprises of textile industry of Uzbekistan company «Surhonteks» products which are valued by Western European clothing manufacturers.
The Dutch company «Fur-Textiles» provided at the exhibition winter fur collection 2017/2018 year.
Company «JUKI» showed a new model high-performance lock stitch industrial sewing machine Juki DDL9000C "with automatic thread trimming mechanism and a digital interface. Control Panel or application «Juki Smart App» platform «Android» allows tailor conveniently adjust the settings.
The young Latvian designers show their collections on show during the fashion show.
