On September, 23rd presentation Parex Bank for members of Club took place. On June, 16th evening in occasion of departure of the second secretary of Embassy of Estonia M.Solnson took place. Reception has been organized under the invitation of the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Estonia in Latvia.

Annually, place Rutishi near Riga, becomes a place of the international cooperation and international friendship. Since 2002 members Diplomatic Economic Club put and look after bushes of a lilac on Avenue of the friendship personifying a symbol of friendship, mutual understanding and cooperation between people of the different countries and nationalities.
In it to year a bush of a lilac have planted the adviser of Embassy of China C. Yingzhou and the second secretary L. Zhijian , and also on behalf of all Club the general bush of a lilac has been planted.
