The first Club meeting in 2010.
Club members expressed their sincere congratulations to Pavol Baranay President of the Club , on his birthday!
We wish you success, health and prosperity!
On behalf of the Club’s vice president Sergej Ratnikov and Valery Roldugin expressed their good wishes and handed a souvenir to Pavol Baranay — a picture with the memorable engraved: "Sea Wolf — Pavol Baranay 9.01.2010 from Diplomatic Economic Club "

E. Tikhonov, S. Ratnikov, V. Roldugin, A. Mahmutov, V. Butenko, J. Rekasi, I. Andzhane, P. Tkachuk, A. Gaponenko, M. Mulik, A. Ilyin, I. Zakharchuk, A. Atkin, S. Ladigin, N. Kolotilo.

The Club President presented the Club membership card to Igor Zaharciuc and Aaron Atkin , and congratulated them on a rightful membership in Club, recalled the ongoing Club program for the id card.
New 2010 Year begins with the new Club actions. According to Club Regulations, the Board offered to elect the Vice-President of the Club among diplomats Janos Rekasi — Counselor of the Embassy of Hungary in Latvia and Estonia.
Members unanimously elected the new vice-president of the Club.

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
